This is the story of four women who, even though they are from
the same family, have much different outlooks on life. A story
where passions are unleashed, where the way each of them faces
love will shape the rest of their lives. For 25 years Sara has been
married to Bruno Murillo, and her life with him has been hell on
earth. Bruno is a fifty year-old dominant and harsh man, who
cheats on her with other women and firmly believes that money
can buy everything. For love to her children Miranda, Andres and
Paula, the daughter of her first marriage, Sara has repressed
her frustration and all these years she has sacrificed her own
happiness in order to give them a stable home. It is evident
that this is not an ideal marriage. However, Bruno would not let
her divorce him. But when Sara has already accepted her course

Miranda is a modern, vivacious and very intelligent young woman,

have. Her fiancé, Patricio, is an ambitious and hypocritical man

lover with no remorse. Only Bruno supports Miranda’s engagement,
as Patricio is the son of his best friend Rodrigo. But Sara, who
has been sexually harassed by Rodrigo for years, fears for her
daughter’s future. Miranda begins to feel uncertain about her
feelings for Patricio when she meets Alejandro, for whom she has
an irresistible attraction. Alejandro cannot deny his love for her
either, and although there are countless obstacles between them,
